Installation is intended for production of a metodomperetyagivaniye stekloizdeliys by various profile of cross section. Pulling not only single-core preparations, but also packages of single-core and multicore elements from tubes and cores with various cross section is possible. Cross sections initial macro and final micro structures are geometrically similar. Several cycles of a banner of stekloizdeliya allow to reduce the sizes of components of a steklostruktura to 0.2 micrometers about the accuracy of 0.5-1.0%.

High precision of stekloizdeliya is based on use of cylindrical cameras with independent heating elements (the heating areas) intended for creation of desirable distribution of temperature on all length and angular coordinates of the cylinder, and also high-precision electric motors for control of the profile made a stekloizdeliya. Production of tight cameras of heating for carrying out technological processes in the conditions of vacuum or under pressure is possible.

Component of our equipment are the automatic control systems which are turning on electronic control systems and personal computers.
