Emulsifiers stabilizers VM 101, VM of 101 M, VM 101 Encore, 101 Bice's VM of M and VM of 101 G are intended for use in production of mayonnaise (high, average and low fat content) as cold (VM 101,VM 101 M,VM 101 the Encore and 101 Bice's VM of M), and we heat (VM 101G) in the ways, sauces and ketchups, fruit, milk and chocolate creams, mustard for the purpose of improvement of their quality, stabilization of an oil-water emulsion, partial or full replacement of the components entering a compounding.
CHARACTERISTIC AND STRUCTURE:
Fine powder of light-cream color. It is made from natural products.

Emulgatory-stabilizatorymogut to be brought as in a dry form together with other loose components (salt, sugar, etc.) with the subsequent hydration in cold water at the working mixer, and in the form of the emulsion received as a result of mixing of emulsifier stabilizer with vegetable oil.
