The elevator bucket, chain represents the transporting device for movement of materials down.
The elevator consists of the following main parts: mine, a power shaft assembled, a chain with ladles, a roller tension, tension section, the drive. As the drive of an operating part of an elevator serves the electric motor from which rotation is transmitted through a reducer to a wire asterisk. The electric motor connect to a reducer the lobe coupling. A reducer with a power shaft connect the coupling to a ratchet stop. The power shaft is mounted on rolling bearings. The reducer and the electric motor are established on a welded frame.
Traction body of an elevator - a single-row sleeve-type chain on which through equal distances the ladles bearing the transported material are welded. Outside chain links and ladles are a uniform welded design. The chain with ladles bends around above a drive asterisk and below a tension roller and stretches in the course of work as a tension device. Supply of material in elevator cups is made at a tension roller through a loading hopper. Material gets directly to a ladle and rises upward. When rounding by the filled ladles of a drive asterisk material from them gets enough sleep and taken aside by an unloading tray. The operating part is put into the casing consisting of separate sections. The Hrapovy stop consists of the ratchet wheel located on the low-speed coupling, and the doggie located on a frame bring.
The ratchet stop is intended for prevention of reverse rotation of a power shaft in case of an elevator stop with not unloaded ladles.
Required height of an elevator is gained from corresponding
quantities of sections of the unified length. Sections connect between
themselves, and also with drive and tension sections flanged couplings are also bolted also by nuts.
