Electrodeionization is a variant in which the ion exchange resins are purified independently through the electric field.

Electrodeionization system in their work using special ion exchange resin mixture is separated heterogeneous ion - exchange membranes, the electric field is created inside the machine ceaselessly for regeneration of ion exchange resins. Thanks to this electrodeionization system does not allow the so - called "breakthrough ions" through the system, so the water quality is constantly at a high level. The electric field also forms a microbicidal environment within the module, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.

Electrodeionization technology has the following advantages:
