Electromechanical filling node

Use of this knot significantly expands possibilities of napylitelny installation (for example, UZN 20u) since allows without essential modernization of the inexpensive equipment to make a number of molded articles on technology of filling of PPU (for example, production of heat-insulating "shells" for pipelines, the sendvich-panel).

The electromechanical filling knot is capable to work complete with installations with a productivity up to 20 kg/min., does not demand washing with highly toxic solvents, is provided with the timer allowing to regulate the necessary volume of injection of a component in a molding form proceeding from the set injection time.
