Wichlacz WE economizers, utilizer of heat of combustion gases.
The economizer (the utilizer of heat of combustion gases) – the device intended for heat fence from combustion gases of coppers (steam generators, crematoriums, burners of waste) in system of heating, or any device consuming heat, or in the thermal scheme of a copper.
The economizer increases production efficiency of heat - both water-heating, and the boiler by 20%-50%. It allows to reduce amounts of the used fuel by 10%-30%.
Use of Wichlacz Wp Economizers on utilizers of waste (crematoriums) allows to take away up to 90% of heat from combustion gases, also allows to reduce temperature of exhaust gases to 100-300 ° C and to direct heat to the requirements (on heating, gvs, production of steam, and other technological needs).
The Vikhlach-UA plant (Aiss Group) makes the biggest range of Economizers in Ukraine power from 50 kW – to 1 MW.
