Description
Solution on the basis of composition of "EKOMET-A190" is applied to clarification of aluminum products after alkaline degreasing before further chemical or electrochemical treatment. This solution is not applicable for clarification of siliceous aluminum alloys. EKOMET-A190 solution does not contain nitric acid and fluorides.
Composition of solution of clarification:
sulphuric acid — 100-150 g/l; composition of "EKOMET-A190" — 15-25 ml/l. For preparation of working solution of clarification it is possible to use the fulfilled anodizing electrolyte with the content of aluminum no more than 15 g/l. Further it is recommended to maintain concentration of aluminum in clarification solution in the range of 5-15 g/l. The composition of "EKOMET-A190" is spent in proportion to consumption of sulphuric acid which content is adjusted by result of the analysis. At addition 150 ml of "EKOMET-A190" are brought in bathtub of 1 kg of sulphuric acid.
Processing conditions:
temperature — 20-25 °C, time — 3-5 min. For products of difficult configuration from alloys with the high content of copper solution hashing (bubbling) or swing of bar with products can be required. Approximate expense of composition of "EKOMET-A190" — 6-12 ml on 1 sq.m of the processed surface.
It is necessary to store composition of "EKOMET-A190" in holiday container in the rooms protected from direct sunshine, warranty period of storage — 6 months.
