Dry mix for preparation of the Komplemiks-2 oatmeal cookies

Description:  "Комплемикс" is a complex dry mix for preparation of oatmeal cookies. This product can easily be combined with addition of a crumb of chocolate, seeds of sesame, dried fruits, etc.

Advantages to use:

 - provides magnificent uniform structure of products and saturated taste;

 - facilitates production;

 - provides softness of products;

 - has pleasant aroma.

The recommended compounding for oatmeal cookies:    

1000 – the mix "Komplemiks";

250 g – flour;

150 g – jam apple;

200 g – water;

150 g – sunflower oil.

Technological recommendations about application:

To load all ingredients into the dough mixing car and to knead elastic dough. To send dough for 5-10 minutes to an otlezhka. To make a dosage and to bake at a temperature of 190 °C for 10-15 minutes. (Is suitable for string cutting).

 Exit: 1700 of a ready-made product.

Packing:  10 and 25 kg, multilayered bags.

Period of storage: 6 months from the moment of production.
