Description of equipment
Drum for replication is designed to cover the cakes with sugar icing. The process of coating icing occurs due to rolling gingerbread syrup during the rotation of the snare.
Due to the helical insert placed in the drum, gingerbread, rolling, moving to the opposite end of the drum, where the unloading of the finished cakes.
Drum for replication is available in three trim levels:
