The processed products stack is longitudinal on the roller road, drobemetny devices are placed perpendicularly to the direction of progress of products from above and from below. As soon as products pass through an entrance opening of a drobemetny chamber, giving of fraction in drobemetny devices automatically opens. For control of existence of a product in a drobemetny chamber the sensor which impulse directly and operates opening of dosing gates of giving of an abrasive in drobemetny devices is installed. The polluted fraction (pyleabrazivny mix, scale) falls through a combined funnel of a chamber on the collecting screw conveyor which gives fraction to the ladle elevator lifting it to a cleaner. In it there is a separation of fraction, suitable for return, from large (rough) and small particles of pollution due to operation of the filter. The cleared fraction falls in the bunker from which by means of the dosing gate comes back to drobemetny devices again. After passing of products via the camera of drobemetny processing process is automatically switched off if the next product did not come to entrance section. Drobemetny installation is connected to the filter with the fan by means of air ducts. The filter provides cleaning of fraction and effectively purifies the air which is sucked away from a working chamber through cyclonic separators.
Drobemetny installation can be equipped brush obduvochnoy with system of removal of a residual abrasive and dust. Such system is recommended, mainly, when processing products with big flat surfaces that the abrasive was not taken out out of installation limits and by that drobemetny process because of a lack of an abrasive was not interrupted.
