THE DOSING N1 - ARP CAR

The dosing car is intended for automatic dispensing of liquid and pastelike products without firm inclusions in any cylindrical container with a diameter not less than 60 mm and with a diameter of mouth not less than 40 mm.
Volume dispensing is carried out by two ways, depending on a product:
- with immersion of the filling heads;
- without immersion.
Dosing installation is made of stainless steel.

Principle of work
On the conveyor 10 cans (or bottles) which number counts the special sensor approach the dosing heads. The otsekatel holds this container in a filling zone. At the time of deduction of cans from movement on the conveyor there is a filling by their product. After filling the filling heads rise, the otsekatel exempts a container from deduction and the capacities filled with a product are taken away from a filling zone by constantly moving conveyor.
Further the cycle of work is automatically repeated.
As drives of the dosing cylinders filling heads and an otsekatel the pneumatics of the SMS (Japan) and a motor - reducer of SITI (Italy) is used. The programmable OMRON controller (Japan) operates operation of the batcher.
