The gas - air mixture obtained during degassing of the drilling mud involved in the process of drilling oil and gas wells is analyzed. The components to be determined include hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane, isobutane, butane, isopentane, and pentane. Provides a manual supply of a sample of the gas mixture for analysis. The gas analyzer is used as a part of gas - logging stations and geological and technological research stations used in drilling oil and gas wells.
