The device laser therapeutic "Matriks - VLOK", LLC Scientifically Research Center Matriks (Russia), is intended for intravascular laser radiation of blood by the radiation of different lengths of waves - from ultra - violet (UF) to infrared (IK). A device source of radiation with basic (being included in the standard package) a portable radiator is the semiconductor laser of red range with the wavelength of 0,63 microns. With the device are delivered to KIVL - 01 – the one - time light guide with a needle (sterilely).

Data of researches show that more effective is radiation with lengths of waves of 0,532, 0,405 and 0,365 microns which is better absorbed by blood. The radiating KL - VLOK head with the wavelength of 0,63 microns and 1,5 - 3,0 MW for carrying out radiation of blood with the most widespread parameters is included in the basic package of ALT "Matriks - VLOK". KL - VLOK - M heads (with the increased power) and MS - VLOK - 365 are in addition got (for Ural federal district blood).

For carrying out procedure of intravenous laser radiation of blood the one - time sterile light guides with KIVL - 01 needle delivered as required are used.
Advantages of one - time sterile KIVL - 01 light guides :
- The triple tight seam on packaging and import packaging with the indicator guarantees sterility not less than 2 years;
- Availability of information on date of production, a period of validity etc. on packaging of each light guide allows to exclude untimely use of the tool;
- Import needles with a teflon covering provide painlessness and the maximum comfort to the patient;
- The light guide with a diameter of 500 microns allows to provide stable parameters of influence with preservation of initial polarization of radiation that provides the maximum medical effect.
