Working solution |
Prepares by dissolution of means in tap water at continuous hashing. At manual processing of a surface the consumption of working solution makes 100 ml/sq. m. Concentration of working solution - 0,5 - 2,0% (50 – 200 ml of funds for 10 liters of water), is selected by practical consideration depending on a type, character and the number of pollution. Time of exposition - 5 - 15 minutes. The recommended temperature of working solution from 10C to + 70C. Working solutions of means are stable within 14 days and at storage in the closed capacity do not decay. |

Means is used for an equipment sink from stainless steel, removal of inorganic pollution and all types of a scum. In the dairy and cheese - making industry – for a wash of milking machines, capacities for fermentation, centrifuges, homogenizers, pasteurizers, capacities for crude and pasteurized milk, tanks for storage of cream, pipelines, filters, the packing equipment, tanks, a tile, ceramics, etc. It is used in devices for a sink of baskets, trays. Is suitable for a manual sink and AVD. In the meat - processing industry – for a wash of pipelines, filters, konveer on production of sausages, the packing equipment, tanks, a tile, ceramic surfaces etc. To take a product, using protective gloves! |

Description of a product |
Means represents transparent colourless liquid with a characteristic smell. Consists of water, nitric and orthophosphoric acids – 30% and more; nonionic surfactant – no more than 5% . The moistening and dispersive properties of detergent allow to delete most effectively hardened deposits from different types of surfaces, facilitates disinfection process. Detergent does not form foam at the room temperature that allows to reach high extent of cleaning and easy washing off. Means has to be washed carefully away after use, in order to avoid hit in foodstuff and drinks! At the recommended working concentration, temperature, influence duration, means does not cause korroziya and other structural changes of the processed surfaces from corrosion - proof, is lame - nickel steel, ceramics, flew down. |
