Detergent Chistomol Shch (6kg) with a disinfecting effect is used for sanitizing in the form of aqueous solutions in the temperature range 20–45 ^o С at a concentration of 0.8–1.0% for the preparation, provided that the active chlorine content is not less than 0.023% .

To remove milk residues, flush the process equipment system with warm water (temperature 30–60 ^o C). Drain the water. Fill the flushing system with a freshly prepared working solution of the Chistomol - Shch detergent with a temperature of 40–60 ^o C. Ensure the circulation of the solution for 20–30 minutes. Drain the spent alkaline solution and rinse the equipment with warm water (temperature 30–60 ^o C) for 5–15 minutes until all traces of detergent are removed.

Washing equipment, dishes, containers, premises, etc. produce using the following technology: apply the working solution of the detergent to the surface to be treated by spraying, wiping, dipping, soak for 2–5 minutes, rub with brushes, ruffs, rags, etc. , then rinse thoroughly with water.
