Recommendations about useof additive

It is the multipurpose depressor dispersingadditive for all types of average distillates. Allows to reduce significantly the extreme temperature of filterability and temperature of hardening of diesel and light oven fuels. Additivealso improves disperse stability of paraffin hydrocarbons in diesel fuel at its storage lower than temperature of turbidity as additive carries out a role of the modifier of growth of paraffin crystals: at low temperatures happens them with crystallization to paraffin of a normal structure with formation of small needle crystals that prevents formation of large crystals in fuel.

Additive is entered at a temperature at 7-10 0 C above the beginning of turbidity of fuel. Diesel fuel should not be dimmed, otherwise additive will not work, or will work with smaller efficiency and it is necessary to warm all volume of the processed fuel.

The recommended norm of input of additive for preparation of winter grades of diesel fuel: 0,5% of masses (5 kg on 1 ton of fuel) or 0,5% of volume (5 l on 995 l of fuel) that allows to reduce the extreme temperature of filterability on 15-250 C, and hardening temperature on 20-300 C depending on hydrocarbonic composition of diesel fuel.

Additive is recommended to be entered into a stream of fuel or to merge additive in capacity, to fill necessary amount of fuel and to mix everything the circulation pulser at the rate of the double volume of fuel.

The recommended additive storage temperature: from-10 0 C to +30 0 C. After long storage at low temperatures the product has to be mixed before use.
