Dental micromotor DP-5.01 collector

DC collector micromotor DP - 5.01 is designed for therapeutic and orthopedic work using straight and contra - angle micromotor handpieces of domestic and foreign production with connecting dimensions in accordance with GOST 25982,  you can buy in bulk from the manufacturer's factory in Russia Voronezh, at an inexpensive price. The tip is fixed to the motor using silicone O - rings.

Description of DP - 5 .01 :

The hose connector is identical to that of the CHIRANA P2ED 460 engine.

The motor is equipped with an internal system for supplying water and air to the dental handpiece for spray cooling of the burs.

A distinctive feature of DP - 5.01 from imported analogues is:

• The use of a hollow armature, which significantly increases the efficiency. and simplifies the technology of its manufacture;
• The use of a powerful rare earth magnet, which leads to a sharp increase in engine power;
• The special coating of the brushes and the collector significantly increases their resource;
• The unique system of protection of the collector from the ingress of oil from the dental handpiece (protected by a patent) extends the overhaul interval more than five times.

To connect the motor, a round hose with a connector for connecting a microelectric motor "CHIRANA P2ED 460" is used.

The main purpose of this engine is to replace the failed CHIRANA P2ED 460 engines. This does not require changing the hose and motor control board on the dental unit.

The micromotor must be operated under normal conditions according to UHL 4.2 GOST 15150 in the temperature range from + 10 ° С to + 35 ° С and humidity up to 80% at a temperature of 25 ° С.

The micromotor has a class of protection against electric shock type II "B" in accordance with GOST R50267.0 and GOST 12.2.025. Class depending on the potential risk of using "A" in accordance with GOST R 51609.
