Ladle dehydrators are intended for dehydration of sand - gravel mix. The dehydrator consists of a bathtub with a crest of a spillway, a portable wheel, the giving screw and the drive. The motor reducer with the frequency converter is a part of the drive. Dehydrators are issued performed by without the giving screw - the KD model or with the giving screw – the KD model Š.

Main advantages of dehydrators:
• intensive catching of small particles of raw materials that is reached thanks to large volume of a bathtub, the screw and rather long crest of a spillway with a special profile, • front surfaces of ladles are equipped with a wearproof, plate, replaceable edge, and on sidewalls the replaceable armor is established. The bottom is formed by the easily replaced sieve, • systems of an extract with formation of depression in ladles are increased by product dehydration degree, • the adjustable lower armor of an unloading funnel guarantees the minimum volume of the return pro - rash of raw materials when unloading a ladle, • dehydrator wheel turns, and thereby and the volume of the caught small fraction can be regulated as necessary by means of the frequency converter, • the dehydrator of a semi - mobile design is equipped in the lower part with runners. Is established on the stamped platform and does not demand anchor fastening.
