Deaerators of atmospheric type are intended for thermal removal of corrosion and aggressive gases from feedwater of boilers, make - up water of systems of heat supply and hot water supply at its simultaneous heating.

LLC Energy Progress Metall offers the atmosfrny deaerator with a nominal productivity from 1,0 to 300,0 m3/hour (DA - 1/0,45; DA - 3/1; DA - 5/2; DA - 15/4; DA - 25/8; DA - 50/15; DA - 100/25; DA - 200/50; DA - 300/75).

The deaerator atmospheric DA - 1/0,45 - DA - 300/75 consists of a deaerator tank, a deaerating column and a gidrazatvor. The cooler of a vypar is also included in the delivery package. The deaerator tank represents a horizontal, cylindrical vessel with the elliptic bottoms and branch pipes of an entrance and an exit of a working environment. On a tank the deaerating column is established. The deaerating klonka represents the cylindrical feedwell with the elliptic bottom, branch pipes for a supply and withdrawal of a working environment. For ensuring safe operation of the deaerator the safety device, the hydrolock protecting it from dangerous excess of pressure and water level in a tank is provided. For condensation of pyrogas mix (vypar), use a cooler of a vypar.

In deaerators atmospheric the two - level scheme of decontamination is applied: jet and bubbling.

 For condensation of steam - gas mix (vypar) use a cooler of a vypar of the superficial type consisting of the horizontal case in which the pipe system is placed. The cooler of a vypar is the heat exchanger in which pipe system himoochishchenny water or the cold condensate from a constant source going to a deaerating column is pumped. Steam - gas mix (vypar) comes to interpipe space where steam from it is almost completely condensed. The remained gases are taken away in the atmosphere, condensate of a vypar merges in the deaerator or a drainage tank.
