Deaerators of atmospheric pressure of the YES series are intended for removal of corrosion and aggressive gases (oxygen and free carbonic acid) from water, for power supply of boilers and make-up water of system of heat supply.
At the request of the Customer the deaerator atmospheric can be delivered in a complete set (a deaerator tank, a column deaerating, a cooler of a vypar, a hydrolock) and in bulk (separately a tank, separately a column deaerating, separately a cooler of a vypar, separately a hydrolock).
The deaerator atmospheric can be manufactured for work in the manual and automatic modes. During the work in the manual mode deaerators are completed with a hydrolock.
In DA5÷DA300 deaerators the two-level scheme of decontamination is applied: two degrees are placed in a deaerating column (the 1st step – jet, the 2nd – bubbling). In a deaerator tank the third additional step, in the form of the flooded bubbling device is placed.
The water which is subject to deaeration moves in a column. Here it consistently passes jet and bubbling steps where its heating and processing is carried out by steam. From a column water streams flows down in a tank, after endurance in which it is taken away from the deaerator.
Is included in the package of delivery of the deaerator of atmospheric DA-50/15:
- tank deaerating BDA-15 volume 15,0m.kub. with the elliptic bottoms;
- column deaerating KDA-50 with corrosion-proof bubbling plates;
- cooler of a vypar of OVA-8 ;
- set of the locking regulating fittings for a binding of deaerating installation;
- control panel ShchAD-e and ShchAD-S of production of LLC TPK Teploterm ;
The main steam moves in a deaerator tank, Ventilates the steam volume of a tank and comes to a column. Passing through an opening of a bubbling plate, steam subjects water on it to intensive processing (carries out reheating of water up to the temperature of saturation and removal of microamount of gases). At increase in thermal loading the hydrolock of the paroperepuskny device via which steam is bypassed in contour of a bubbling plate works. At decrease in thermal loading the hydrolock is filled in with water, stopping steam restart-up. From a bubbling compartment of couples goes to a jet compartment. In streams there is a heating of water to temperature close to saturation temperature, removal of bulk of gases and condensation of the most part of steam. The remained steam-gas mix (vypar) to be taken away from the top zone of a column in a cooler of a vypar or directly in the atmosphere. Process of decontamination comes to the end in a deaerator tank where there is an allocation from water of the smallest vials of gas at the expense of a sediment. Part of steam can move via the union in placed in the water volume of a tank via the bubbling device intended for ensuring reliable deaeration (especially in case of use of water with low bicarbonate alkalinity (0,2 … 0,4 mg-ekv/kg), the high content of free carbonic acid (more than 5 mg/kg) and at sharply variable loadings of the deaerator.
The deaerator atmospheric DA-50 can be completed with a tank with a useful reserve of deaerated water of 15,0 and 25,0 cbm. Respectively the name of the deaerator atmospheric will be DA-50/15 and DA-50/25.

- the first scheme of a binding provides installation of a hydrolock as safety device and regulation of the key working parameters in the manual mode or by means of separate regulators.
- the second scheme of a binding provides installation of safety valves and delivery of the control unit of technology of operation of the deaerator in general, turning on all necessary sensors and regulators in delivery.
The control system also provides protection of the deaerator in compliance with requirements Construction Norms and Regulations of II-35-76.
