| The bathtub is intended for preparation of cottage cheese from milk in the traditional way. The bathtub cottage cheese is executed in the form of horizontal capacity with a round bottom which is surrounded with a heatexchange shirt from all directions. As the heat carrier steam or hot water can be used. For cooling of a product in a heatexchange shirt ice water moves. |
The bathtub has the form, optimum for service, with a bias towards depletion and without stagnant zones. External facing is made of thin-sheet stainless steel.
Material of all elements of capacity - brand 12X18H10T steel.
Production has the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion on compliance to the state rules and standards.
Cottage cheese bathtubs are recommended to be completed with carts of self-pressing and (or) trays for collecting serum which are also manufactured by our enterprise.
