The offered cupboard drying chamber is intended for drying of korotkorezanny and dlinnorezanny pasta in the semi-automatic mode in the set parameters.
The principle of action is based on a convection method of drying.

The prepared product keeps within on trays (korotkorez) or is hanged out on bastun (spaghetti) which are established in carts then carts are placed in the drying cell where it is evenly blown by heated air. Having blown it is carried out by six axial fans in a case, damp air is extended by two centrifugal fans which are outside. The controller providing maintenance of the set climatic parameters in the automatic mode is installed in the control panel of a chamber. Memory of the controller is calculated on 40 programs on 19 steps everyone (one program — one type of a product). The chamber is executed from sendvichpanely that allows to reduce significantly losses of heat and to save the electric power. If necessary some constructive moments can be changed, depending on the specific objectives set by the client.
