Shevronny cuffs rezinotkanevy are intended for consolidation of rods and cylinders of the hydraulic devices with a diameter up to 2000 mm working with a pressure up to 63 MPas with speed vozvratno of progress of 3 m/s in the environment of mineral oils, oil, fresh and sea water, water emulsions at a temperature from -50 °C to +100 °C (about +120 °C are short-term).
Rubber rings basic and rings press (CO/KN) are used in a set of shevronny rezino-fabric consolidations (shevronny cuffs) for rods and cylinders of hydraulic devices.
Production of cuffs shevronny of polyurethane, MBS rubber, a ftoroplast is possible. Instead of fabric domestik it is possible to apply asbestine fabric to increase in temperature and pressure of operation.
CO/KN are made rezinotkanevy, of a ftoroplast, a kaprolon, polyurethane, textolite, bronze, plexiglas, ebonite, MBS rubbers, fluorine rubber, santopren.
Shevronny cuffs are divided into two groups:
1 group of rubber is operated at a temperature from -30 °C to +70 °C,
2 group of rubbers working capacity at a temperature - from -50 °C to +120 °C

To state standard specification 22704-77 there was GOST 9041-59 and, strangely enough, till today's time do not cease to ask shevronny cuffs by old state standard specification. Difference of consolidations by these state standard specifications consists only that by old state standard specification rubber consolidations, and on new rezino-fabric were issued. The sizes and a scope remains invariable.
