Principle of action

Working body of a crusher is the rotor which consists of a shaft, disks, expansion washers, hammers.

The product moves through a reception branch pipe in a cover. At rotation of a rotor hammers under the influence of centrifugal force are extended in the radial direction and with a force strike pieces of the material loaded into a crusher. Previously split pieces are poured on a grid-iron lattice. Fine grains, the size there is less opening in a lattice, fail through it, and larger are exposed to additional crushing by hammers - to blow and attrition. Attrition of materials hammers happens to the help of a small gap between end faces of hammers and a lattice. The product of the set fineness is provided by adjustment of a gap between the ends of hammers of a rotor, a crushing bar and grid-iron lattices.
