Diatomite is the natural material extracted by a career method which is sedimentary rock. Generally consisting of the remains of diatomovy seaweed. By production of penodeatomitovy products as frother apply the soap root containing foam-forming substance — saponin. Diatomite mix with foam is spilled in forms and after drying burned in tunnel furnaces at a temperature of 850 — 900 °C. Penodiatomitovy products have higher rates.

The Penodiatomitovy crumb is a product of crushing of production wastes of a penodiatomitovy brick and other penodiatomitovy products or their fight.

The crumb penodiatomitovy burned is the chemically inert environmentally friendly light stuffed bulk differing in excellent heat-insulating properties. For ensuring optimum operation of thermal units sharing of a crumb with a brick penodiatomitovy heat-insulating is recommended. The Penodiatomitovy crumb burned is intended for use as a filler at production of heat-resistant and light concrete, dry mixes and warm solutions, as filling for thermal isolation of civil and industrial constructions, thermal furnaces and processing equipment at a temperature up to +900 Pages. Thanks to the loose qualities, the crumb penodiatomitovy is ideally suited for use as heat-insulating filling for elimination of cavities within the walls of the furnace and alignment of a surface of sweat and the bottom of the furnace, electrolysis bathtubs.

Technical requirements:

1. The crumb has to conform to requirements of the presents of TU.
2. The crumb has to be issued with the sizes of grains specified in the table.
3. Physicomechanical indicators of a crumb have to conform to requirements of TU.
4. Marking of a crumb is specified in accompanying documentation. The crumb is delivered, at the request of the customer.
5. Large packing — in biq-baq bags, at small packaging — in cement bags.
