Solid propellant copper of the POZh INKA brand
The solid propellant boiler of the POZh INKA-brand is intended for effective heating of the heat carrier (water) to necessary temperature by combustion of solid fuel of different types in a two-chamber fire chamber of a copper, and also for receiving charcoal various to fraction.
According to the realized scheme, coppers of the POZh INKA brand are supplied with two combustion chambers of fuel primary and secondary. Each camera is manufactured of the thick metal protected by a qualitative, heat resisting keramobeton which maintains temperature to 1750 C and provides the long term of operation of coppers - till 20 years.
The realized scheme of burning of fuel allows to burn fuel humidity to 60%. Thanks to full combustion of fuel, in the heat exchanger soot that is very important at combustion of tarry wood (a pine, a fir-tree and other coniferous breeds) and as the result, the heat exchanger of a copper of POZh INKA need to be cleaned once a month does not collect
Fuel.
Any shredded weight: wood spill, various breeds of a tree, a tyrs, shredded roots, branches, obpit, and also on various production wastes, such as: DVP, chipboard, MDF, sawdust, waste of poultry farms, granule, briquette, peel of sunflower and buckwheat straw
Process of burning in coppers of POZh INKA is adjusted in such a way that provides the minimum emissions of harmful substances, with combustion gases, in environment.Automation.
For providing necessary temperature condition coppers of POZh INKA are supplied with automatic system of regulation of temperature of burning.
In addition the copper of POZh INKA can be completed:Additional equipment.
system of continuous supply of shredded fuel in a copper fire chamber
automatic system of removal of ashes.
System of extraction of charcoal from a copper fire chamber.
Advantages of operation of coppers of POZh INKA:1. High efficiency of a copper - 90%
2. The long term of operation - 20 years
3. Work on cheap types of fuel
4. Use of fuel humidity to 60%
5. Full combustion of fuel
6. Minimum emissions of harmful substances.
7. An opportunity to receive charcoal
