Description
The copper pishchevarochny is intended for boiling of water, preparation of broths and the third dishes.
The copper consists of the following main knots:
cooking copper with a shirt and a cover, cases, racks of control and filling fittings.
The principle of work of a copper is based on indirect heating of contents in a cooking copper by steam which is formed when heating the heat carrier in a shirt by tubular electric heaters. Such process of heating completely excludes burning of a product.
Has two operating modes: cookings and boiling.
Discharge of a ready-made product is carried out by the crane of big diameter on the front panel.
The convenient handle of a cover of a copper is fixed in any situation.
Heating of water is carried out by way of "a steam-and-water shirt".
In the absence of water in "a steam shirt" automatic shutdown of heating works.
Has the legs regulated on height.
Copper cover type - untight.
The cooking vessel has the cylindrical form.
