Oil tank Since the capacity of the hydraulic system of the crane is changed during operation, to compensate for its volume serves as an oil tank. The working fluid is partially cooled in the tank settles heavy impurities from entering the system and of the working fluid is released air bubbles which could adversely affect the operation of the hydraulic system.
