Coolers of milk of the closed and open types are intended for direct cooling of milk on farms, in the agricultural enterprises, milk plants, molokopriyemny points.

The enterprise offers coolers of open type capacity for milk from 300 l. to 5000 l. and the closed type with system of automatic washing with a capacity from 2000 l. to 10000 l.

Cooling of milk is necessary for preservation of all valuable properties of fresh milk. After milking milk has to be cooled during 2,5-3ch. to 4 °C. At such temperature fresh milk can be stored about 3 days, and after to go to the overworking enterprises without loss of quality of a product.

Process of cooling goes according to the following scheme:

1. The compressor under pressure gives liquid freon to the evaporator.
2. Freon begins to boil at absorption of a large number of heat and simultaneous cooling of the tank.
3. Gaseous freon gets to the condenser under pressure, there it is cooled and becomes liquid. So occurs until the necessary temperature is reached.
4. There is an automatic shutdown of installation.
5. If milk heats up at least by 1-2 degrees, the unit automatically turns on (the hysteresis can be established on the place manually).
