TPK "Teploterm" makes coolers of a vypar of OVA with the surface of heating from 1 to 24 sq.m. The cooler of a vypar of OVA is intended for condensation of the maximum quantity of steam from the steam-gas mix which is taken away from the deaerator and utilization of heat of this steam.
The cooler of a vypar of OVA of superficial type consists of the horizontal case and the pipe system placed in it (material of tubes – brass or stainless steel).
The chemical purified water passes in tubes and goes to a deaerating column. Steam-gas mix (vypar) comes to interpipe space where steam from it is almost completely condensed. The remained gases are taken away in the atmosphere, condensate of a vypar merges in the deaerator or a drainage tank.

The cooler of a vypar is intended for condensation of the maximum quantity of steam from the steam-gas mix which is taken away from the deaerator and utilization of heat of this steam. When cooling a vypar there is a sharp reduction of volume of steam-gas mix that is especially important for ensuring normal operation of airaspirators of deaerators.
