Control unit and managements of the sowing Mustang-M complex

The Mustang-M complex is intended for control of technological process of work of the sowing complex (SC) and management of its components. The design of the device allows to install quickly it on any personal computer without modification of a design of a complex and provides to the operator information on controlled technological parameters and serviceability of the equipment of a sowing complex that provides high-quality sowing and the minimum operational costs. "Mustang-M" it is already successfully used in farms of Suyetsky, Kamensk, Kosikhinsky and Zarinsky districts of Altai Krai on the sowing complexes Agrator, Selford, a PDA of Feat-850, Bargault, Cultibar, etc.

The emergency sound signal and the corresponding message to the operator is formed in the following situations:

• lack of seeding in one or more semyaprovod during the time determined by the operator with the indication of number of a semyaprovod;
• low level of grain and fertilizers in compartments of bunkers;
• frequency of rotation of fans is higher/is lower than the set limits;
• break of the communication line in connecting cables between electronic blocks of the control unit and management;
• absence/continuation of rotation of a shaft of the batcher;
• absence/continuation of rotation of a shaft of a reducer;

At violation of the mode of seeding the alarm system turns on and calculation of the sowed area until debugging stops.
