This PU line mainly consists of decoiler, filming and pre-cutting device, tile roof roll panel former (with hydraulic cutting), corrugated panel roll former (with hydraulic cutting), 5 waves roof panel roll former (with hydraulic cutting), pre- heat oven, conveyors, fabric decoilers (2 sets), three component foaming machine (141b and pentane), assistant device of foaming machine, double belt machine, heating system for double belt, fabric edge cutting device, cutting system, output conveyor, stacking system, packing system and electrical system.
Due to its high efficiency and simple operation, this line has been widely used in the construction of steel structure, cold storage and mobile buildings, sandwich panel has the advantage of flame retarding, warm keeping, heat and sound insulation, waterproof, environmental friendly etc .
