PURPOSE

The tilter is designed to hold universal containers with a carrying capacity of 10 - 40 tons in space and allows rotate it around a horizontal axis 360 degrees to the left or to the right, for the convenience of performing work related to their repair. Turner moves along the rail track along the longitudinal axis. Rotation mechanism drive electromechanical.
