Conical banks

We – the first plant in the CIS who mastered and began production of an exclusive type of metal packing for paints and varnishes. This innovative type of packaging was mastered by us because uniqueness gives to our Customers the chance favourably to allocate the production from a number of similar, to make it recognizable and remembered. The opinion on a product can be created thanks to packing not only during purchase and opening of a product, but also in usage time – whether it is convenient to use a product or not.

We offer banks of an exclusive form of two universal sizes – on 1,0l and 1,1l which replace a set of usual cylindrical cans of Ø99мм. Our banks are made on completely automatic equipment, and the original form banks is reached by a processing method on multiposition automatic expanders. The special lock of locking on a cover in the form of "a banana chain" and a plastisol banks increase tightness that allows to use them for storage of strongly fluid materials.

Advantages of conical cans:

• economy of the place at storage and transportation in comparison with cylindrical banks for 60%;
• simplicity of filling of cans and use at a flood;
• reliability of packing is provided by special system of the lock on a cover and bank;
• high tightness is reached due to sealing laying from a plastisol on a cover;
• possibility of full use of contents banks;
• esthetic and strong welded seam width 0,6-0,7mm;
• original exclusive appearance;
• the stiffening rib on the case banks resists to side cave-in;
• possibility of individual internal varnishing banks;
• possibility of drawing the printing image on a cover.
