Appointment: Pumps condensate the KSV type and pump units on their basis like AKSV are intended for pumping of condensate in steam-and-water networks of thermal and power blocks of thermal power plant, and also clear water with a temperature up to 140 of 0C in systems of heat and water supply.
Design: Pumps condensate KSV - centrifugal, vertical, one-line, one - or multistage, two-case with the pull-out internal case of section type. The pump KSV 200-130 - with the driving wheel of the first step of a bilateral entrance. The external case welded with branch pipes under welding to pipelines. Serve as support of a rotor: lower - the sliding bearing which is built in for work on the pumped-over environment; top - portable rolling bearings with plastic or karterny greasing. Unloading of a rotor from axial forces - hydraulic by means of a hydroheel or an unloading drum. Consolidations of a shaft - mechanical with omental stuffing (-C) interchanged with mechanical face (-T).
Materials:
- cases, a cover and sections - forgings and sheet hire from carbonaceous staly;
- details of flowing part - casting and a forging from chromic staly 20H13L and 30H13;
- details of slot-hole consolidations - not lifted up corrosion-resistant alloys;
- shaft - high-quality hire from the constructional alloyed steel 40X.
Completeness:
- the pump in assembled form with an arm for fastening of the engine and auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- driving electric motor;
- connecting MUVP coupling or municipal unitary enterprise;
- details of fastening of the pump and engine;
- set ZIP.
