Composition OT - 1 is intended for surface preparation before applying galvanic coatings, contains a system of surfactants and etching inhibitors, due to which a common etching solution can also perform the function of degreasing.

The composition of the pickling - degreasing solution:

• Hydrochloric acid (37% ) - 250 ml / l
• Composition OT - 1 can also be used in etching solutions based on sulfuric acid (with the introduction of sodium chloride up to 80 g / l) and in solutions operating on a mixture of sulfuric and hydrochloric acid.

The use of the composition OT - 1 provides high - quality cleaning from liquid mineral oils and cutting fluids. With insignificant contamination of the metal surface, it is possible to exclude the stage of chemical degreasing in alkaline solutions and replace three stages of the process with one. In case of significant contamination of parts, OT - 1 can perform the function of additional cleaning, along with the usual degreasing in organic solvents and alkaline solutions.
