1 Purpose of the fuel supply line

The line is designed to supply fuel (sawdust, wood chips, flax fiber waste, peat) to the boilers.

2 Composition of the fuel supply line

2.1 The fuel supply line consists of: - a loading hopper with a movable bottom and a sliding roof . The bunker volume can be 25 m3, 35 m3, 80 m3, 100 m3; - double - chain scraper conveyor with a break in the trajectory and a slide gate (if necessary); - double - chain scraper feeder (if necessary); - hydraulic control station of the loading bunker, power N = 3.0 kW, 5.0 kW; - hydraulic station for controlling the gate gate N = 0.18 kW - drive for the gate gate of the scraper conveyor (it is possible to combine it with the main hydraulic station); - control cabinet for the fuel supply line to the boilers. Additionally, the feed line can be equipped with a disc sorter and a magnetic separator.

3 Characteristics of the fuel supply line

3.1 Line capacity - at the request of the customer

3.2 The drive of the moving bottom of the loading bins is hydraulic.

3.3 The conveyor drive is electromechanical.

3.4 The slide gate is installed above the first boiler in the direction of the conveyor movement.

3.5 Loading bins with a sliding roof with a manual drive. The roof of the bunker is lifted when the bunkers are loaded with fuel. The roof must be closed after loading is complete.

3.6 Loading sections of the conveyor at the place where fuel is unloaded from bunkers are equipped with removable classification gratings that limit the entry of unacceptable inclusions into the fuel. The size of the windows of the classification gratings is 100x100 mm.

3.7 In the hydraulic lines of the drive of the loading bins, ball valves are installed, allowing independent shutdown of any of the bins.

4 Service personnel of the fuel supply line

4.1 Maintenance of the classification grids (removal of unacceptable inclusions in the fuel during the operation of the loading bins) is carried out by the operators of the boiler house. Number of operators - 2 people max, depending on the line operating mode. Operators' workplaces are near the bunkers.

5 Description of the operation of the fuel supply line

5.1 By road, fuel is delivered to the loading area - to loading bins with a movable bottom, which feed sawdust into a scraper conveyor with a slide gate. The scraper conveyor supplies fuel to one of the two boilers.
