Description
Waste heat boiler KVr - 0.75 K. V. designed for hot water supply and heating of industrial and domestic buildings by burning waste (sawdust) of the woodworking industry. Boiler KVr - 0.75 K. V. is installed in boiler rooms equipped with a system of continuous fuel supply (sawdust), water treatment and can operate with forced circulation of water at an operating pressure of up to 0.03 MPa and a water heating temperature of up to 95 0 C.
Process flow diagram of the waste heat boiler KVr - 0.75 K. V. includes:
- fuel bunker, 1 m3;
- loading auger;
- blower fan with adjustable air supply;
- combustion chamber (gas generator);
- heat converter (hot water boiler);
- cyclone;
- smoke exhauster, with speed control.
