UP-716 POLYSULFIDE SEALANT FOR INSULATING GLASS
Characteristics
UP-716 is a two-component, room-temperature-cured, high performance polysulfide sealant. Its suitable viscosity and flowability fully satisfies the hand-mixing technics, commonly used in China for producing insulating glass units. It also has excellent maneuverability, curing property and quality consistency. The cured product has good flexibility, gas permeation resistance, weather durability, aging resistance and great adhesion to most common IG materials such as glass and aluminum.
UP-716 contains no organic solvents, with no harm to human and environment. It is therefore considered as a "Green" product.
UP-716 accords with the standard JC/T486-2002 of 《Elastomeric Sealants for Insulating Glass》.
Insulating glass units made of UP-626 accords with the standard GB/T11944-2002 of 《Insulating Glass》.
Main Application
UP-716 is to be used as the sealant material for manufacturing the insulating glass units.
