• 1、 该设备采用电加热、利用热能再回收产生热风，产生的热风风压大，热穿透力强，使用电加热比采用燃气燃烧加热环保、安全，维护成本低。

The machine adopts electric heating technology.Heat recycling system produce hot air ,which is high pressure and penetrating.Features of the technology are environmental protection,safety and low maintenance costs.

• 2、 该设备采用高强度铝合金风刀，风刀内有多层匀风设计，保证工作风压、温度的均匀，风刀与定型织物距离电动调节，距离数字显示，操作方便。

High strength aluminum alloy air knives and design of multilayer air distribution.So the air pressure and temperature are guaranteed.The distance between air knife and fabric is electrically adjusted and displayed on screen.It’s easy to operate.

• 3、 设备走布系统采用变频器无极可调，运行速度数字显示。

Taking the cloth system is stepless adjustable by invert.Current speed is shown on a screen.

• 4、 设备采用触摸屏与PLC控制

Electric control uses PLC and touch screen.

• 5、 中间风刀在工作时可以摆动。
