We adopted vacuum airflow to dry the vinyl resin, and repeat the process three times to fine and keep the volatile content less
than 1.0, while the index of solution method of vinyl resin will be 0.5% or so.
The resin produced by suspension method is much more friendship environmental than that made through solution method. Because there will not solvent anymore during all production, all waste water in our production can be recycling for use again. It does not like the solution basis which will consume lot of solvent and polluting around much. Also it is more cost concern than solution method.
We can offer counter products to DOW series VYHH, VAGH, VROH , Nissin Solbin and Wacker Winnol.
