Purpose: highly profitable (40 - 60% ) processing of sawmill waste (slabs, slats, cuttings, etc. ) or balances of any tree species (spruce, pine, larch, birch, aspen, poplar, etc. ); straw of various agricultural crops (cereals, flax, hemp, etc. ) is also successfully processed.

 

Requirements for raw materials: waste is processed into chips in accordance with GOST 15815 - 83, grade C - 1, maximum C - 2; wood chips with the same requirements.

 

Processing method: chemical - mechanical according to BIVIS technology.

Received product: bleached chemical - mechanical pulp (CTMP) with a yield of 80 - 85% .

Advantages of the method:

a) depending on the mass of the amount of waste (balances), it is possible to create a highly profitable waste processing workshop with any capacity in the range of 20 - 200 tons per day;

b) the equipment and the plant as a whole is compact, for example, to accommodate a plant of 50 tons / day. 2500 - 3000 m2 of heated production area with a height of 7 - 8 m is required; the chip preparation area is located outside the buildings; installations of higher productivity do not require a directly proportional increase in area;

c) the equipment operates without overpressure, the technology does not require energy in the form of steam, if the wood pulp is used in a liquid flow or can be transported to the consumer in the form of 60% concentration; in the variant of commercial mass - steam or hot air is required for drying in a drying cabinet to a moisture content of 8 - 10% ;

d) production wastes - lignin, is released in a pasty form (40 - 60% moisture content) and utilized by incineration after mixing with chips and sawdust in a heat recovery boiler or heat generator; if there is no boiler, then a heat generator is recommended to obtain hot air - drying the mass and heating industrial premises;

e) does not require a large amount of water; need for fresh water in technology 3 - 5 m3 / t mass; the need for water can be provided by a well;

f) no cumbersome and complex treatment facilities are required for water purification; local purification of circulating water is required when washing chips; household wastewater is directed to the existing sewage system of the enterprise;

g) harmful foul - smelling gas and dust emissions are absent, with the exception of flue gases from boilers or heat generators, steam - air emissions from the drying cabinet (if drying is used);

It should be borne in mind that wood is very expensive in China. If the company uses its own waste, then the profitability is much higher. It should also be borne in mind that such a high revenue for 1 ton of CTMP is typical for the Chinese market and it is more expedient to sell it to China. But, the domestic market also needs a similar fiber product and the implementation can be quite acceptable.

 

 

The created production can be a workshop as part of a timber processing enterprise or an independent small enterprise.
