RT2- Whole Fiber Trolley electric resistance furnace heat treatment furnace /Heat Treatment Furnace

RT2 - Whole Fiber TrolleyResistance Furnace is mainly consist of heating furnace, trolley, furnace door and control system.

1.Heating furnace: consist of furnace body, furnace lining and heating element. The furnace body shell is welding with section steel and steel plate, so that the integrated intensity of furnace is good, and not out of shape.

2.Trolley: welding with section steel and steel plate, use high quality refractory materials. There are finalize the design brick around to reduce trolley out of shape. Trolley adopt 5KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer.

3.Furnace door: welding with section steel and steel plate, lined with good quality fiber cotton. It's not only the effect of heat preservation, but also reduce the weight of furnace door.

 Temperature control, record and power control system: adopt standard control cabinet. There are voltage and current indicator on the electric control cabinet, it's easy to watch whether the heating work of all district is normal, and it's in favour of check and solve fault. Temperature control adopt 2 area to control, using intelligent temperature display controller, temperature control precision is or under1°C
