twinwall or multiwall sheet extrusion line falls into the category of plastics extrusion equipment. It ties two fluted plastic sheet extruders together and these two extruders use either 2 or 3 layers of plastic sheets to produce twinwall or multiwall sheet through extrusion. The middle layer can be made from a kind of material different from that of the outside flat sheets.

The combined new sheet produced by this plastics twinwall multiwall extrusion line has many functions including a soft, smooth surface, and a rigid middle layer. Often times, the two outside flat sheets should be extruded from brand - new materials while the middle layer is from recycled ones. In this way, high product quality can be obtained at a reduced cost.
