Characteristics of Overhead Insulated Cable

 

 

 

1.Rated voltage: 10KV, 35KV;

2.Cable laying temperature not less than 20 ℃;

3.When the short circuit (5 s) the highest temperature of the cable:

HDPE insulation: 150 ℃ XLPE insulation: 250 ℃;

4.The maximum long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor:

HDPE insulation: 75 ℃ XLPE insulation: 90 ℃;

5.Cable single-phase ground fault time is not more than 1min each time, but also the longest not more than 8h each, the cumulative total of not more than 125h;

6.The allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than:

a)Single core cable: 20(D+d)±5%mm,TR structure: 20D mm

b)Multi - core cable: 15(D+d)±5%mm
