Principle and features:
The multiple spindle riveter is one kind of new riveting machine. It adopts the oscillating plate to drive a few tilted rivet heads, which circle towards the extension line in the center of each workpiece to make the circular motion and to do the even rolling on the surface of respective riveted workpiece. thus forms the smooth riveting surface (It is known as the so-called pendulum riveting principle).
This riveter has all the advantages of single spindle pendulum riveting machine including smaller metal organization injury in riveted workpiece, no bending and deformation of the workpiece, a bright and clean riveting appearance , and less power consumption and so on. In addition, since the riveting machine realize multiple spindle riveting at the same time, its effectiveness compared to single riveting is greatly improved. Numbers of riveting spindles can be determined according to the structure of riveted workpiece in case of spatial permission through the replacement of oscillating plate.
