Installation and trial operation of bottom - dumping mine car
Preparation before installation
Before installing the mine car, first check the installation position of the mine car, check the track laying condition, whether the parallelism and parallel surface of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust if necessary. The top of the linear track should be at the same level, and the allowable error in the length direction shall not exceed 1mm per meter and 3mm per 10m. The allowable error on the corresponding measuring points in the left and right directions does not exceed 2mm.
Installation
After carefully checking that there is no problem, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the wheel set of the minecart coincides with the centerline of the track.
