There are two types of the measuring & loading equipment: fixed weight and fixed capacity. According to the designed skip tonnage or volume to lo load ores/coals to the bucket at fixed weight/capacity. It consists of suspension support plate, measuring bucket, fan - shaped door, chute support and weight (volume) measuring device. The gate action can cooperate with the feeder and conveyor under the bottom bunker, and then interlock with the weight (volume) measuring device to realize the loading process control.
The measuring and loading equipment is equipped with external power source to control the opening and closing of the gate. There are hydraulic control system and pneumatic control system.
