1. Product Description
This series of hot press machine apply to processing furniture ,filmfaced plywood. You can use it to press the plywood or laminate the wood veneer, film paper or melamine paper on plywood ,chipboard or MDF.
2. Main features
1). The heating medium: it can choose thermo oil and heat steam for our customer.
2). The control system: the control system can be automatic and manual. Automatic control are carried out by PLC control,which using OMRON as main electrical parts,use big size touch screen to operate.
3). Technology of hydraulic system: All the hydraulic system is from Taiwan, who has same technology with Japanese.
4). Structure.: The whole structure adopts thicken steel sheet(30mm).We promise: Our steel sheet which using in our hot press machines,it is solid steel.
5). Hot press plate: The material of hot press plate it is Q345. Now we have 42mm/52mm two choice for your option.
Optional features
6). We can add 2mm stainless steel sheet for your requirement when making film faced plywood.
7). We have 4 * 8 feet 3*6 feet and special size for your option.The number of layers can be customized.
8). Add control valve for each layers,which can control the temperature accurately.
