Rotary homogenizer DEKZ is designed for grinding, extracting, emulsifying and homogenizing substances of animal and vegetable origin.
The plant is used for the production of various food products:
- soy milk,

Condensed milk is produced in a non - vacuum way from dry, whole or skimmed cow's or soy milk, sugar, water and other additives. In this case, the plant works as a dispersant and homogenizer. The plant performs the same functions when obtaining a fine homogenized mass, processed cheese, mayonnaise, vegetable and fruit purees, seasonings, minced meat and pâtés.
When processing pumpkins, watermelons, melons, apples, pears, tomatoes, the peel, seeds, partitions, stalks, etc. are finely ground to form a homogeneous mass with a particle size of no more than 300 microns. When processing pumpkin, it is advisable to remove the seeds first.
In the production of ice cream, DEK3 acts as a homogenizer.
If thick viscous materials are subjected to grinding, such as fruit or vegetable pomace, fatty cottage cheese with a moisture content of less than 55 - 60% , as well as tough fibrous products, it is necessary to use a screw feeder. When using a screw feeder, the productivity of the installation increases up to 50% due to the forced supply of the product into the installation.
In the production of soy milk, the unit performs the functions of a dispersant, an extractor of water - soluble soy protein and an emulsifier.
